MAXiMUM DETAILING INC. appreciates you for choosing to develop a relationship with us,  and we seek to provide the best detailing service in Durham Region. For both the protection  of our customers and our company please read the following policies and terms and conditions. 1. Personal Property
We request before your scheduled service appointment, that all personal property be removed from your vehicle.

2. Payment
Payment for car detailing services is due in full upon completion of service.

3. Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange the day or time for which the service was contracted/requested. A cancellation fee (percentage of the total amount charged for the service) may be applied to notice given in less then 24 hours.
Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
4. BuySmart™ Customer Satisfaction Policy All payments for BuySmart™ discount coupons for detailing services are purchased in advance and available only online. In the event a package was purchased in error, a full refund will be credited within 24 hours from the transaction. Otherwise, if a refund is requested, a 10% processing fee of the total package will be held.
5. Gift Certificates Printed gift certificates are available in-store.
* Gift certificates are not refundable * Gift certificates are non-transferable * Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
6. Limitations In no event shall MAXiMUM DETAILING be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use of our service.

7. Eligibility Use of the Site and Services is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law. For example, minors (less than 18 years of age) are not allowed to use the Buy Smart! services without obtaining an approval from persons in parental authority or guardian. To purchase you must provide your real email address,  and valid credit card information.

8. Security MAXiMUM DETAILING knows you care how information about you is used and shared,  and we appreciate your trust that we'll do so carefully and sensibly. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we're not in the business of selling it  to others.
* We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software when purchasing packages online, which
encrypts information you enter.

* It's important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password
and your computer. Be sure to sign off when you've finished using a shared
computer.
