Before your scheduled detailing appointment, we advise all personal contents and property be removed from the vehicle. We use ziploc bags to collect personal effects and return them to you in your vehicle.
We require 24-hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 2 hours or less may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please respect we reserve a time slot to detail your vehicle that could be potentially filled by another customer.
Payment for detailing services is due in full upon completion of service. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash and PayPal. Applicable HST extra.
Gift certificates are available online or in-store. Certificates are redeemable for a one-time, single service detailing package and must be surrendered at time of redemption. No refund or cash value. The holder of a certificate assumes all responsibilities and waives all right to claim damages resulting from loss or theft of voucher. MAXIMUM DETAILING INC. reserves the right to verify proof of purchase and refuse duplicate and/or certificates that appear fraudulent.
Limitation of Liability
We conduct an inspection of the vehicle before detailing, to identify any existing or noticeable scratches, marks, blemishes, or pre-existing damages (ie., dents, broken handles, windshield, broken tail lights, cracked grills, etc). In no event shall MAXIMUM DETAILING INC. be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of our service, or website—including, but not limited to—direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
